Return buyer, 2nd home purchase with the team. Carla showed us the homes we asked her to, we discussed each one, and realized that we were looking for the wrong home. We pivoted, Carla revised our search area and filters, and we found the home for us in one day. Then the real work started. Carla kept constant pressure on the builder (spec home) to keep things moving and things to be addressed. By the time we closed, most of the things were taken care of, and the builder was well aware of what they still needed to do. This experience was great, I would recommend Carla and the team to anyone.
